Bed Bath and Beyond Napier: Address, Hours and Verified Facts
Searching for bed bath and beyond napier turns up store pages, directories and shopping listings that disagree on where the shop is. The official Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page gives the phone number 06-835 1297 and places the shop in the Ocean Boulevard Centre, while the rohe.nz directory lists a Wellesley Road address, so this article separates what the sources confirm from what they only suggest.
Store phone: 06-835 1297 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page) · Opening hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page) · Homeware in Napier since: 2011 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page) · Conflicting address: 60 Wellesley Road, Napier South (rohe.nz directory)
Quick snapshot
- The official store page places the shop in the Ocean Boulevard Centre, Napier 4110 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- The store phone is 06-835 1297, the same number rohe.nz lists in international format (rohe.nz directory).
- rohe.nz gives 60 Wellesley Road, Napier South, a different street from the official page (rohe.nz directory). (Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. store locations)
- The US parent lists a Utah head office, not a Napier one (Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. store locations).
- The store page says homeware and bedding have been offered in Napier since 2011 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- The same page dates the original Auckland store to 1995 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Call the national line 0800 233 2284 to check Napier details (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ contact page).
- The store locator passage supplied for this review shows no Napier-specific address (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store locator).
Eight facts, one pattern: the store’s own pages agree on the phone number, while directories split on the street.

What is the latest verified information about bed bath and beyond napier?
The newest details come from the store’s own New Zealand website, and they are more consistent on contact details than on location. The inputs do not date the store page, so none of these details carries a verified check date.
Listed address and region
- Official store page: Ocean Boulevard Centre, Napier 4110 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Directory address: 60 Wellesley Road, Napier South, Napier 4110, according to rohe.nz (Hawke’s Bay directory).
- Postcode: Napier 4110 is also the postcode of the Hawke’s Bay Museum at 1 Tennyson Street (Kōtuia (MTG Hawke’s Bay museum)).
What the official store page states
- Phone: 06-835 1297 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Hours: to , Tuesday to Sunday (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Range: duvets, bedroom furniture, bathroom towels and decor, cushions and living room furnishings, and children’s products (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
The implication: treat the phone number and hours as the strongest data available, and treat the street address as open until a call settles it.
What should readers know first about bed bath and beyond napier?
The shared name is the first thing that trips people up. The New Zealand operation runs its own phone line and lists a postal head office at P.O Box 97293, Manukau 2241, Auckland (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ contact page).
Where Napier sits geographically
- Napier lies in the Hawke’s Bay region of New Zealand, as the regional Napier Health service page shows (Health New Zealand (Napier Health service page)).
- Napier Health, a Health New Zealand facility, sits at 76 Wellesley Road, Napier South, Napier 4110, on the same road as the directory address (Health New Zealand (Napier Health service page)).
- A commercial listing describes Ocean Boulevard as a location with established businesses including Bed Bath & Beyond (Bayleys Hawke’s Bay (commercial property listing)).
Why the name alone does not establish a link to the US chain
Shared branding does not settle ownership, and the US parent lists a Utah head office at 433 W Ascension Way, Suite 300, Murray, UT 84123 (Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. store locations). The US help centre also states that shipping is currently offered only to the United States (Bed Bath & Beyond US Help Center), so US policies cannot be assumed to apply in Napier.
None of the inputs states that the Napier shop is owned by, franchised by, or licensed from the US company.
The trade-off: the shared name gives the Napier shop instant recognition, but it also lets a listing borrow the US company’s reputation without showing its own paperwork.
Which official sources confirm key claims about bed bath and beyond napier?
Eight channels and entities, one pattern: the New Zealand retailer’s own pages confirm its phone lines and head office, while the US parent’s pages cover only the US business.

What the official pages can and cannot confirm
- Confirmed by the NZ store page: phone, hours and homeware in Napier since 2011 (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Not confirmed: a street number for Ocean Boulevard Centre, which the page does not supply.
- Not confirmed: whether the NZ store and the US chain share ownership.
- Not confirmed: current trading status on any specific date.
Third-party directories in the results
- rohe.nz lists 60 Wellesley Road, Napier South, with the same phone number in international format (rohe.nz (Hawke’s Bay directory)).
- BusinessNZ describes Bed Bath & Beyond as a homewares retailer in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, and lists the entry as unclaimed (BusinessNZ (business directory)).
- Shoppings.co.nz (store locator directory) lists 8 stores for Hawke’s Bay and 32 across New Zealand, and the national count has no official support in the inputs.
- Hours.com offers a generic listing without Napier-specific hours (Hours.com (generic US directory)).
What is still unclear or unverified about bed bath and beyond napier?
Several gaps matter more than the small print. The inputs do not confirm the current street address, the opening hours on a given date, or any ownership link between the Napier shop and the US company.
Unconfirmed affiliation with the US chain
- Both brands use the same name, but the NZ contact page and the US store locations page list different phone lines and head offices (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ contact page; Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. store locations).
- The search results also include a Bed Bath & Beyond listing in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and the inputs give no link between it and Napier.
Missing contact and opening details
- No supplied source confirms current store hours on a specific date.
- The generic Hours.com listing gives no Napier data (Hours.com (generic US directory)).
The official Napier page lists no Monday opening, so a Monday visit is not supported by the store’s own hours (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
The search listing reportedly asks visitors to mention My Wedding Guide, and the inputs do not explain that arrangement.
Why this matters: a visitor who relies on these details alone is planning a trip on unverified data.
What are the most common user questions on bed bath and beyond napier?
The inputs contain no reader reviews or survey data, so the questions below are inferred from the search queries and the gaps above rather than counted from real visitors.
Location and contact questions
- Where is the store? The official page says Ocean Boulevard Centre, while rohe.nz gives Wellesley Road.
- Is the phone line live? The number 06-835 1297 appears on the store page and rohe.nz, but no check date accompanies either.
Product and identity questions
- What does it sell? The store page lists duvets, bedroom furniture, bathroom towels, decor, cushions, living room furnishings, and children’s products (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Is it the same business as the Dublin listing? The inputs show no link.
The pattern: most questions reduce to two checks, the street address and the current phone line, and the official pages supply a number but no date proving it is current.
Confirmed facts versus open questions
Three points rest on the official store page, and five more depend on directories or on information the inputs leave open.
- Ocean Boulevard Centre, Napier 4110 is the official location (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- The phone number 06-835 1297 appears on the official page (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- Opening hours are to , Tuesday to Sunday (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
- 60 Wellesley Road, Napier South is the address on rohe.nz, which conflicts with the official page (rohe.nz directory).
- Ownership or affiliation with the US chain is unverified.
- Current trading status and hours on a given date are unverified.
- The 8 Hawke’s Bay stores and 32 New Zealand stores come from a directory, according to Shoppings.co.nz (store locator directory).
- The claim to be New Zealand’s largest manchester specialist is a company claim, not independently verified (Bed Bath & Beyond NZ store page).
The implication: the phone number and hours rest on the official store page, so they are the strongest data here, while the street address stays open until a call or written confirmation settles it.
What the company says about itself
“Drop into Bed Bath & Beyond Napier and let our friendly team of homeware experts help you find the perfect item for your home.”
Bed Bath & Beyond NZ, official store page
“We’re New Zealand’s largest manchester specialist, offering excellent service and the most competitive prices possible.”
Bed Bath & Beyond NZ, official store page, a self-description the inputs do not verify
“Our product information is provided by our suppliers and is complete to the best of our knowledge.”
Bed Bath & Beyond US, US Help Center
The implication: the NZ page is promotional copy, so its superlatives belong in the unverified column, while the US help centre speaks only for the US business.
What it means for shoppers in Napier
The store’s own pages supply a usable phone number and hours, but they stop short of a verified street address and say nothing about any link to the US chain. Directory listings that disagree with the official page are not corrections, and they should not be treated as evidence that the store has moved. For Napier shoppers, the choice is clear: call 06-835 1297 during the listed Tuesday to Sunday hours before making the trip, or ask the store to confirm its street address in writing before following any directory pin.
